Admissions to Hifz Online
Admission to Hifz Online is based on the information provided during the registration process. The decision to accept or reject an application is at the sole discretion of our management. Providing false or incomplete information may result in disqualification or suspension of your application. Admission is confirmed only after receiving the full payment of the course fee or upon approval of a scholarship. Once confirmed, the chosen time slot and teacher are reserved for you. It is your responsibility to honor this opportunity and dedicate yourself to learning the Holy Quran.
Course Fees and Payment
- Fee Structure: Our fees are set to cover the expenses of running this platform, including teacher salaries, technical costs, and administrative expenses.
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments, including course fees and processing charges, are non-refundable. Refunds are granted only for duplicate or incorrect payments, subject to review and approval. Any associated costs will be borne by the student.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Fees remain non-refundable even if you withdraw from the course after payment. A prior one-month notice is required for course discontinuation. Failure to provide notice will obligate you to pay for the next month.
- Payment Deadlines: Monthly fees must be paid by the 10th of each month. Students requesting extra time must inform the accounts team in advance.
- Ongoing Fees: Students taking a temporary break must continue paying monthly fees to retain their reserved time slot and teacher.
Punctuality
We expect students to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 75% each month to ensure consistent learning progress.
- Class Timings: Students should join classes at least 2 minutes before the scheduled time. Teachers will wait for the first 15 minutes for late arrivals. Unexcused absences will not be compensated.
- Teacher Absences: If a teacher is absent, a substitute teacher or a makeup class will be arranged. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
Absences
Unavoidable absences, such as illness or technical issues, may be excused. However, missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled unless approved by management.
- Makeup Classes: Up to two makeup classes may be scheduled per student, subject to availability, and must occur within four weeks of the missed class. Makeup sessions missed by the student will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Continued Payment: Fee payments remain due regardless of class attendance.
Rescheduling Lessons
Missed lessons must be rescheduled within two weeks and completed within four weeks. Rescheduling is allowed only for active classes.
Teacher Changes
Teachers may be reassigned as you progress through your course. If you request a change, at least one week’s notice is required. Requests will be fulfilled based on availability.
Substitute Teachers
A substitute teacher may be assigned for missed classes when necessary. Substitute arrangements will not include refunds.
Study Materials
Students are encouraged to have their own copy of the Quran for classes. Additional resources may be provided but are intended solely for personal use during the course.
Behavior and Conduct
Students must maintain discipline, respect their teachers, and ensure a distraction-free environment during classes. Misconduct, including inappropriate behavior or disrespect toward teachers or staff, may result in immediate termination without a refund.
Teacher-Student Relationship
Students and teachers are required to maintain a professional relationship. Sharing personal information or conducting classes outside Hifz Online is strictly prohibited. Any violation should be reported immediately to the administration.

Fee Policy
-
Billing and Payments:
Tuition fees are charged monthly, covering four weeks of classes, and are due at the start of each billing cycle (1st of every month). New students enrolling mid-month must pay for the remaining weeks of that month, with full monthly payments commencing the following month. Students may also opt to pay the full month’s fee upfront and schedule make-up classes for missed lessons. -
Subscription and Payment Method :
Upon enrollment, students will receive a secure subscription link to set up automatic monthly payments, reducing delays and ensuring uninterrupted classes. This subscription can be canceled at any time by emailing the Accounts Department at accounts@hifzonline.com. -
Late Payments:
Classes will be suspended if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. Suspensions extend for up to four days, after which classes are canceled until payment is made. During this time, the student remains responsible for outstanding fees. Classes will resume once dues are cleared, and the administration will contact the student to confirm reactivation. -
Session Duration:
Lessons may end a few minutes earlier than scheduled (e.g., a 30-minute session may conclude at 27 minutes) to allow teachers time for administrative tasks. However, teachers strive to maximize session durations. -
Missed Payments:
Students who fail to pay on time risk losing their designated time slot or teacher. Missed lessons during suspension will not be compensated. If payment delays are anticipated, inform the Accounts Department immediately to discuss arrangements. -
Refunds and Missed Classes:
Refunds are not available for missed classes, regardless of the reason. Make-up classes may be arranged under the terms outlined above. -
Cancellation:
Students wishing to discontinue classes must ensure fees are paid for the current month and provide at least one week’s notice before the month ends. Failure to give timely notice results in liability for the following month’s fees. -
Payment Details:
Payments must be made via the official Hifz Online payment system. Confirm all payment methods with the Accounts Department to avoid unauthorized transactions. -
Fee Adjustments:
Hifz Online reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice to students.
Money-Back Guarantee
Hifz Online offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee for students who withdraw within the first week of classes if unsatisfied. Refunds are not available beyond this initial week.
